Drew Aegerter

February 20, 1994 - August 25, 2016

We lost our son Drew in August of 2016. He was just 22 years old. He had been diagnosed with AS when he was 18, and his addiction seemed to intensify after the diagnosis. He was so much more than his addiction.

He was smart, so funny, kind, and could light up a room with his big, beautiful smile. He was a son, a brother, a grandson, and a friend to everyone.

He mattered. Our family will never be the same; our hearts remain shattered. He taught us to love harder, laugh louder, and live life to the fullest. He taught us that everyone has a story, and you don't know the story, so never judge.

He will never get married, have his own family, or meet his nephews and niece. That shatters me to my core.

We miss Drew so much. We say his name and tell his niece and nephews about him. He will never be forgotten.

Drew forever 22
